Sales Consultant - Full Time Position

An opportunity now exists for experienced, highly motivated individuals to join our sales team, located in the Sutherland Shire. Attractive salary / commission earning potential. We are a dynamic business - professional, forward thinking and customer focused.

The Role
Working Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu, this is a busy, fast paced role, suited to a self-motivated, well driven, ambitious individual.

Joining an established and successful team, you will be involved in all facets of the sales process:
- Prospecting for sales leads
- Database management
- Handling phone and email enquiry
- Conducting open homes
- Attending appraisal appointments
- Attending auctions
- Client care and buyer follow up
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers, auctioneers etc
- Sales negotiations
- Managing the exchange process

Must have
- Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Drivers licence and car
- At least 2 years experience in Real Estate
- Good knowledge of the Sutherland Shire
