  Kerrie Walker

  Originally, in Sales, but now Residential & Commercia Property Manager, Kerrie understands the bottom line and the need to protect her clients’ investments.

  Alison Agung

  Property Management Assistant

  Alison started working with the Newton team in 2008 as the Sunday & Monday receptionist and is now working full-time in Property Management as the Administration Assistant.

  Alison completed a Certificate III in Travel and Tourism and over the last 9 years she gained extensive experience in Reception, Office Administration & as an Executive Assistant through a range of corporate travel businesses in Sydney. With this experience along with her friendly, calm & positive nature, Alison fulfilled her desire to work in Real Estate and is now dedicated to her role in property management.

  Lyn Clisdell

  Admin Manager

  A Shire resident all her life, Lyn Clisdell has the experience of many years working as an Executive Assistant to top management in both the finance and clothing industries as well as the privilege of being full time mum to 3 children for several years.

  Lyn has been instrumental in the establishment of the Newton Real Estate office in 2001, its policy and procedures, hiring of personnel and co-ordination of the administration team – this length of tenure is a great strength for the whole team.

   

  Being incredibly organised, positive and enthusiastic with the ability to get on well with people is a great service to staff, clients and associates who deal with Lyn on a daily basis.   Kerstyn Walsh

  Kerstyn Walsh began with the Newton team in February 2008 as the Sunday receptionist and is now Personal Assistant to Chris Walsh. She gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry over 6 years, which has enabled her to acquire the skills necessary for our busy office and in particular, to assist Chris in achieving the best possible results for our clients.

  After completing a computer course at TAFE in 2008, she plans on studying further to improve her skills. Kerstyn has interests in the finance and marketing aspects of business, and she hopes that working in the real estate industry and particularly with Newton Real Estate, will help her to advance her proficiencies in these areas.

  Annie Rowe

  Executive Assistant to David Newton

  Annie has achieved a great deal since embarking on a 6 year career in real estate with the one agency in Perth, W.A. learning most aspects of a Real Estate agency including, Reception & Trust Accounting.

  After travelling around the world and working in London for two and a half years as an Executive Assistant within the governement sector, Annie has now decided to reside in the Shire and is enjoying the gorgeous Cronulla beaches & the Shire golf courses.

  Annie brings a wealth of experience & knowledge to Newton Real Estate. Working as David's Executive Assistant is a natural progression along with her organisational skills and friendly manner, she is a valued member of the team.

  Tina Parkyn

  Office Administration

  Tina began working in the real estate industry in 1997 in both St George and Sutherland Shire areas. Office administration, sales support and property management experience has exposed her to all facets of real estate.

  After taking a short break on maternity leave Tina joined Newton Real Estate as receptionist in early 2009 which has progressed a role of being an assistant to the Administration Manager. Her friendly manner and helpful disposition makes her a great asset to the company.

  Her vast experience in real estate makes her the perfect first point of contact at a busy office like Newton Real Estate. She is always dedicated to her work and happy to assist sales and property management staff when needed.   Vanessa Bartlett

  Office Administration

  Vanessa has recently joined the Newton team bringing with her years of experience in both Administration as well as a high level of Customer Service. Vanessa's background has been in the Airline Industry working for Qantas and the Financial Industry working for one of the 'Big Five' Financial Institutions in the City. She is very excited to now join a Real Estate Team and learn the background to buying and selling properties, not to mention the hard work that goes on behind the scenes in the administration of the office.

  Vanessa is originally from the North Shore, and although misses it from time to time, now married into 'the Shire', she believes that the Shire is an awesome environment in which to raise her two beautiful daughters. Vanessa and her family are active members of the Wanda Surf Lifesaving Club and enjoys keeping fit and healthy by swimming regularly.

  Vanessa joins the Newton Team in a part time capacity as a Receptionist and looks forward to meeting you when you come into the office, and helping you with all your enquiries.
