Get creative

Art can instantly bring a room to life and give it meaning. You don’t have to splash out on expensive art, there are loads of really affordable stores that have gorgeous pieces of art perfect for brightening up your home.

Ditch the old cushions

An easy and affordable option, cushions will always add colour and impact to a room.  On dark couches use light and medium shades for contrast.  Light couches use medium to dark shades. 

Ahhh Fresh linen

Light colours are perfect for summer, add a light weight throw and as quick as you can wave your magic wand, you have a new bedroom!

Brighten up your bathroom

The bathroom is one of the most used rooms in the house, so don’t forget it when freshening up your home for summer! Add new towels in some of this season’s hottest colours such as coral, yellow, aqua, blue.

Paint is one of the cheapest decorating tools if you are willing to do it yourself. It can instantly change the feeling of a room and go from bland to fab.
